Children above 14 years of age can play too if an adult is also present. It is possible that the game isn't entartaining for young children. On the other hand, the creativity of young minds could be an advantage for the team.

No. This is physically impossible. Furthermore, one of the best parts of the game is the shared team experience.

The game is suitable for teams of two to six people. You can change the number of people before the game.

Both small and large teams have their advantages. We recommend a team of four people for the best experience. On the other hand, if there are only two of you, you can be sure you'll be engaged emotionally and mentally at a 100%. With five people, you can find that in the flow of the game each player has solved certain challenges while missing other ones. This gives you a lot to discuss after the game.

No. You don't need to be a mathematician, a chemist, a detective, a gamer or any other "superhero" to complete the game successfully.

No, not every challenge is a logic puzzle :) The escape room will give you the opportunity to have multilayered experiences. Over the course of the story you'll face many very diverse puzzles. Everything is custom made and tactile, and works as a mechanism. We have made an effort not to copy any wide known and popular logic puzzles that you'd find on the Internet. The plot will require of you to solve mechanical puzzles and installations, as well as ones based entirely on electronics and physics. The game includes psychological moments, where teamwork is absolutely essential.

You don't need anything. Your phone and Google won't help you, and neither will any other tools. You should bring only your good spirit and your smile :)

Wear something comfortable. In a suit, high heels or a ball gown it would be harder for you to immerse yourself in the game :)

No. There is nothing scary, dangerous or disturbing in the game. There are no traps or spaces which are hard to go through. You can exit the game at any time and your teammates can finish the game without you if they wish. There is a special button in the room which you can use in case a participant wants to exit the game early.

There is a "Hint" button in the room which you can use. If you are really having a hard time, don't hesitate to use it. We know at which stage of the game you are and can give you directions if you are falling behind on time. Our goal is for you to have fun the entire time, not to feel like you are doing an exam for calculus. We use different types of hints without ruining the atmosphere and flow of the game for you. If we see that you've taken a wrong turn somewhere, we'll guide you in the right direction so you don't miss out on the story.

If your time runs out and you still haven't solved all the challenges, the operator will estimate how much more time you need and will see if he can give you some bonus time so you can finish the game and have the full satisfaction that you've accomplished your mission. If you still have too many challenges till the end, the operator will have to take you out of the game.

If you are we'll have to shorten the time for your game accordingly. Otherwise, we'd have to change the schedule for all the players after you. Please try to be there 15 minutes before the start of your game.

Yes. If the game doesn't meet your expectations and you inform your operator within the first 30 minutes of your game you can leave and you'll get a full refund.

Your observation skills will help you a lot.\r\nThis is a team game. Communicate and share your ideas. Think out loud. If you find something tell the others. There is a big possibility that one of your teammates has already seen where a new object can be used. It is physically impossible for a single person to complete the game.\r\nDon't be afraid to touch things. Move the objects in the room around and look at them carefully. If there is something which shouldn't be moved, we've made sure that it is impossible for you to move it.\r\nAnd the most important thing: Have fun!

You don't need to use strong force to solve any of the mechanical and electronic objects in the game. Except if you have The Force :) The power of a 6-year-old should be enough. If an object doesn't open or isn't "doing anything", this means it's not its time yet. \r\nYou don't need to crawl on the floor or climb anywhere to look for hidden clues. Everything you need is easy to reach and it is up to you and your observation skills to find it.\r\nPeople under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs are not allowed in the escape room.\r\nThe use of recording devices in the escape room is prohibited. If you violate this rule, your game will be terminated. \r\nIf you suffer from claustrophobia, asthma, photosensitive epilepsy or any other disease which can be triggerred during a game in a closed space, please warn the operator in advance.

No. It is not necessary to be familiar with the series, and if you have watched it this won't help you to solve the challenges faster. Only the decor and the story have references to the series.
