Endorphin Ltd., UIC 203352731, with registered office and address in Sofia, “G. S. Rakovski” St. 145, entrance G, is a data controller, registered under the Personal Data Protection Act and listed in the public register of data controllers maintained by the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
To provide its services, Endorphin Ltd. collects certain information related to the participants in the Game.
Providing any information by the participants — whether or not it can identify them personally — is voluntary and subject to the General Terms and Conditions for participation in the Game and use of the services provided by Endorphin Ltd. (the “Terms”), of which this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) forms an integral part.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
1. Information about game participants
To make a booking, participants complete an online reservation form, providing their full name, email address, and contact phone number. Without this information, participants cannot successfully reserve a game slot.
During the Game, participants are video- and audio-monitored and recorded.
This data is necessary for Endorphin Ltd. to:

communicate with participants regarding their booking or reservation;

communicate about products and services offered by Endorphin Ltd.;

send photos or share posts from the completed game;

prevent reservation “theft” — ensuring that the person/team attending is the one who made and paid for the booking (except when a gift voucher is used);

conduct the Game and assist participants when necessary;

ensure the safety of participants and staff before, during, and after each Game;

carry out surveys and research.
Endorphin Ltd. may send participants automated emails related to the booking process, as well as emails about company services, promotions, changes to terms, surveys, and similar topics.
By accepting the Terms, participants agree to receive such communications.
Participants who wish to unsubscribe can send an explicit email to play@endorphingames.bg.
2. Website usage data
Endorphin Ltd. automatically collects and stores information related to the use of the website www.endorphingames.bg (“the Website”), such as:
pages visited, referring and outbound websites, date and time of visits, users’ IP addresses, browser type, banner impressions and clicks, and other non-identifiable technical data.
This information does not identify individual users. It is used to analyze visitor behavior, advertising effectiveness, and for statistical and service improvement purposes.

For technical maintenance, administration, statistical and marketing analysis, payment processing, and other services related to the Website, your data may be disclosed to third-party contractors engaged by Endorphin Ltd.
